High school diploma with chemistry and mathematics, entrance examination Documents required upon application When registering, a foreign candidate for first-cycle studies: fills in a personal questionnaire form, submits a scanned copy of their Polish high school diploma or its foreign equivalent, along with a translation into Polish done by a sworn translator, bearing an apostille or subjected to legalization, and an additional translation into Polish by a sworn translator (Education tab), provides an electronic photo in .jpg format (photo compliant with the requirements for issuing personal identification documents), submits a scanned document confirming their English language proficiency at a minimum B2 level (Education tab - Certificates and other documents required for enrollment). If the candidate does not possess a language proficiency document in the language of instruction, they may request a language proficiency verification. To do so, the candidate must submit the application by the deadline of - 14.07.2025. The application should be filled out, signed, scanned, and then sent through the IRK system using the Help tab. The subject of the message should be: "Application for language proficiency verification" - Application to download specifies the foreigner status in Poland and provides a scanned copy of the relevant document (e.g., valid Polish Card, supplementary protection status - UKR, permanent residence permit) (Foreign Candidate tab), enrols in the chosen undergraduate program by submitting their recruitment application (Recruitment Applications tab), makes the required recruitment payment to an individual account within the specified deadline according to the recruitment schedule, Power of attorney for deliveries – Document to be downloaded under Recruitment applications - ‘Documents and next steps’
