Sustainable Building Engineering

The B.Sc. in Sustainable Building Engineering at Poznan University of Technology is a 3.5-year (7 semesters) full-time program commencing on October 1, 2024. The curriculum integrates theoretical knowledge with practical skills, including three internships, one of which is a pre-graduate internship in a construction company. Students study subjects such as strength of materials, structural analysis, geomechanics, building technology, enterprise management, steel, concrete, and timber structures, technical building equipment (HVAC), water supply, sewage utilization, energy certification, architecture, and urban planning. Graduates are equipped to solve complex civil engineering problems using computer-aided design, including Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology. (put.poznan.pl)
