2026-27
Steps to Enroll
An example from ITB's international bachelor's programme, for students who started in 2026.
- Activate your account: Activate your online registration account in the dates given.
- Pay your fees: Pay the tuition fee for one semester and the one-time development fee on the dates given.
- Register online: Register as a new student on ITB's online system, called SIX.
- Get your student number: After you pay, you get your student number, called NIM.
- Go to the international office: Go to your international office. UGM asks for this within one week of arriving.
Why it matters
To stay longer you must extend your Limited Stay Permit (ITAS). UGM then asks for your transcript (the paper that lists your marks) and a new study permit. The study permit comes from Indonesia's education ministry, and your university asks for it.
