Which Stamp Do Your Papers Need?
- Every study paper from outside the European Union (EU) needs a translation signed and stamped by an approved translator, into Romanian, English or French.
- An apostille is a stamp that proves a paper is real.
- You get the apostille from your own government.
- Countries outside this treaty use a longer process instead.
- The National Centre for Recognition and Equivalence of Diplomas (CNRED) checks diplomas from abroad.
- Your university checks your papers. Then the Ministry of Education sends you the Letter of Acceptance to Studies (LoA), which you need for the visa.
