Reporting Your Address in Romania
Students from outside the European Union (EU) do not register with the city. You give your address to the General Inspectorate for Immigration (IGI) when you get your residence permit, the card that lets you live in Romania as a student. After that, you tell IGI within 10 days each time you move.
