Spain Student Stay Permit and TIE Card
Your student visa also gives you a student stay permit (autorización de estancia por estudios), your right to stay in Spain to study. If you study more than 6 months, you must ask for your TIE, the foreigner identity card, within 1 month of entering Spain.
